User Data Deletion
Last updated: 14 October 2026
This page explains how to request deletion of personal data held in CRMEO, in line with the Meta Platform requirements and applicable privacy laws.
What data can be deleted
- Your account profile and login.
- Leads and contact records, including leads received from Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads.
- Call logs, call outcomes and any stored call recordings.
- Device, location-history and audit records associated with the account.
How to request deletion
1. End users / individuals
If your personal details are stored in a company’s CRMEO workspace (for example, you submitted a Facebook/Instagram lead form), the company that ran the ad controls that data. You can ask them directly, or email us and we will forward your request to the relevant company and help ensure it is actioned.
2. Companies & account holders
A company admin can delete individual leads, call records and users from within the CRM at any time. To delete an entire company workspace and all its data, the company owner can email us to request full deletion.
Email request
Send a deletion request from your registered email, with the subject “Data Deletion Request”, including the company name (and the phone/email of the record if you are an individual). We will verify and action the request, and permanently delete the data from our active systems within 30 days. Backups are overwritten on their normal cycle.
Facebook Login data deletion
If you connected a Facebook account/page to CRMEO and want the associated access and data removed, you can: (a) remove CRMEO from your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites; and (b) email us to delete any leads and tokens stored for your page. Our platform team can also remove a connected company’s Meta data and tokens on request.
